Corporate Real Estate Services.

The management of CRES Associates originates from corporate 'in house' real estate teams. We have a strong background of over 17 years in the management of Corporate Real Estate portfolios, Facility Management, Capital Projects and other non core related business functions for corporates within the EMEA region.

We employ a particular emphasis on driving cost reductions, with a focus on improving operational performance. CRES Associates delivers improvements to the balance sheet through effective facility savings and innovative business solutions. We work closely with in-house finance organisations to bring improved facility performance ratios, and with the operational business units to build collaborative new working environments.
