We provided a fully integrated lease negotiation service, managing the exit strategy from existing lease,
negotiating new lease while leveraging current Heathrow market. We set realistic expectations for both the client and
the landlord around the lease delivery, and in parallel we were undertaking back to back negotiations on a general contractor.
